The room was spotlessly clean and brand-new, offered a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe. Amazing location, we were right at centre of the city. The fact that Duomo tube station was some 5 minutes away was a plus.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the main attractions of the city. We were able to explore the city easily without having to travel too far. the staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for restaurants and things to do. the rooms were well-decorated and clean, and the amenities provided, like the good coffee and free mini bar, were a nice touch.
That the rooms were not soundproof, so we could hear noise from other guests in the hallway at night, which disturbed our sleep. the curtains in the room did not block out all the light, making it difficult to sleep in a completely dark room.
